What technology do you wish your bank or credit union had?

As a customer, there are several technologies I wish my bank or credit union would adopt. Firstly, I'd love to see more advanced mobile banking features, like facial recognition for secure transactions. Additionally, a more interactive and personalized online banking experience would be great. Real-time notifications for transactions and updates would also be beneficial. Lastly, the ability to have virtual meetings with bank representatives would make banking more convenient.
