Live Wallpapers were one of the first feature folks talked about when Android 2.1 first came out. There are plenty of Live Wallpapers for various Android versions out there: some are awesome, others are really terrible. Wouldn’t it be better if you could make your own? Sure it would, so let’s have a look at some options available when it comes to creating your own Android Live Wallpapers.
Usually creating live wallpapers would require programming skills, Java in particular but there are tools out there like Live Wallpaper Creator from yossio @ XDA that can be used.
It doesn’t prevent you from not learning Java anyway
