The wait is almost over as the first Windows Phone 7 devices made by Nokia are going to be released this Fall. In order to make its device stand out Nokia developed some exclusive apps for its Windows Phone 7 the most famous one being Nokia Drive, their navigation app. Thanks to the folks @ XDA it is now possible to install or sideload many of those Nokia apps on any Windows Phone 7 device.
There are many Nokia apps now available on any Windows Phone 7 device: Nokia Pulse, Nokia Music, Nokia Maps and others. Nokia Drive is unfortunately the only one which doesn’t have a download link yet but I guess it is only a matter of time.

You will need a jailbroken Windows Phone 7 device in order to install and then run those apps.
