We can call this week our HP TouchPad week as we bring you more TouchPad hacking content! I am sure many of you are looking for a TouchPad or just bought one like we did and as you start playing with it you’ll be delighted to hear that some folks have managed to overclock this device to 1.9GHz. Quite an achievement as the regular CPU speed is 1.2 GHz, now the TouchPad is lightning fast.

Overclocking your HP TouchPad is usually considered safe up to 1.5 GHz but may incur freezing as you go higher like 1.7 or 1.9 GHz so proceed with caution. The overclock is performed using the UnixPsycho Kernel.
