Yahoo recently released a Flickr app for Android but it is only available for Android phones. While you can get the phone version apk file and install it on your Android tablet it is still not optimized for it. Luckily paulshields @ XDA decided to modify the Flickr app so it can be launched in landscape or portrait mode and he also made the thumbnails bigger for the tablets.

You can see below the changes the developer made to the Flickr app:

Still not as good as a tablet specific version (which I guess is coming) but a bit better for those of us who prefer using the tablet in landscape mode. I've zipaligned and resigned it after modifying the manifest file and it installs ok for me, but I can't guarantee that this will install fine for you....
[edit] made another change to make the thumbnails bigger. They're tiny on the original version. Also attached the original untouched version (com.yahoo.mobile....apk) for those who may want it..

You can download the Flickr app optimized for Android tablets on XDA @ Official Flickr app - fix for landscape orientation. Download flickrv4.apk or com.yahoo.mobile.client.android.flickr-1.apk  and then install it on your tablet using your favorite File Manager.
