The LG Optimus 2X is the first dual-core Android smartphone, it uses the NVidia Tegra 2 CPU clocked at 1 GHz. It also comes with a 4 inches touchscreen, an 8 megapixel camera and Android 2.2. The LG Optimus 2X has been released in South Korea in January and has now reached Europe, the folks at MoDaCo have already found a way to root / jailbreak it.
Follow these simple steps to root / jailbreak your LG Optimus 2X:

1. Install the LG Optimus 2X USB driver so you connect it to your computer
2. Go to Settings > Applications > Development > Enable USB Debugging
3. Connect your LG Optimus 2X to your computer
4. Download SuperOneClick @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803682
5. Install SuperOneClick on your device and use it to root it
