If you live in the US and are not a Verizon customer you are going to love this hack, xeudoxus @ DroidForums unlocked the recently released Skype application so that you can place calls using 3G on Sprint, AT&T or T-Mobile. More information after the break.

To install Skype on your Android device:
- Download Skype.apk (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/xeudoxus/78843-apks-unlocked-apps.html)
- Uninstall the “regular” Skype application if you installed it previously
- Use your favorite File Explorer like ASTRO to install the apk on your device
