This week we will review Sky Force from Infinite Dreams Inc., it is a classic shoot’em up game available on many different mobile platforms including iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), Android as well as Symbian (Nokia devices).
I have to say Sky Force is a very entertaining game and it offers a great mix of 2D/3D graphics as you can see below in the following YouTube video:
Sky Force provides 3 different planes to control and 8 different missions taking place in a detailed environment which is also destructible (part of it).
Pros:
- Great 2D/3D graphics with nice weather effects
- Long campaign mode, Sky Force will keep you entertained for a while
- Easy to pick up
- Old school music (like some Amiga or Amstrad games for those of you who remember those days)
Cons:
- While its difficulty is well balanced Sky Force may seem a bit hard to some
