The Motorola Droid X hasn’t even been released yet but its virtual keyboard has already been ported to the Nexus One. The Droid X keyboard has been praised by many who have been fortunate enough to use the brand new Android phone from Motorola. What sets it apart from all the other on-screen keyboard is its full multi-touch support. Follow the instructions after the break to install it on your Nexus One!
The Droid X keyboard was ported by daneshm90 and the apk released by tr.slate @ XDA, all the credits go to them!
This Droid X on-screen keyboard is very simple to use and works perfectly on the Nexus One:
To install the Motorola Droid X keyboard on your Nexus One simply download the apk file @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=709519 and use your favorite File Manager to install it.
Once the apk is installed go to System Settings then Language and select Keyboard.
Check Multi-Touch Keyboard and you should be all set.
