Up until a few weeks ago running Android on the HTC HD2 was just a dream but thanks to the hard work of the community this is now possible! Custom HD2 ROMs have even been released that provide an easy way to run Android 2.1 with or without HTC Sense on the HD2. Time to unlock your device if you haven’t done it already to try out Android ;)
You can download a Nexus One based Android 2.1 ROM or an HTC Desire based Android 2.1 ROM with HTC Sense @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=715805.
You will need an unlocked HTC HD2 if you plan on using a custom ROM, you can do so using the instructions @ HardSPL package for T-Mobile HTC HD2.
You can see Android with HTC Sense running on a HTC HD2 in the following embedded video:

If you’d like to get more information about the Android port on the HTC HD2 @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=719646.
