The recently released HTC Touch Pro 2 from Sprint supports both CDMA and GSM but is locked in the US so that it doesn't work on AT&T or T-Mobile networks. Well of course just like everything else it has been cracked...Note that I won't be responsible if you end up bricking your phone, unlocking or flashing your radio can be risky. If you follow the instructions then you will be fine!
The World Phone Unlocker can be found at http://rhodiumw.htc-unlocks.com/ and while it has to be bought it is well worth it since you can be free to use any GSM network (AT&T, T-Mobile and any GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800, GSM1900, UMTS900, UMTS2100 bands worldwide).
