Yet another way to watch medias on your cell phone, this time I played around with an application called myPlayer for Windows Mobile phones. It gives you access to BBC iPlayer, ITV iPlayer and Hulu!!
One of the biggest issue with our mobile browser is that they're quite picky and cannot stream anything you'd want on your cell. myPlayer bypasses your browser which accesses BBC, ITV or Hulu directly.
Don't get too excited yet, it is not a perfect solution since it doesn't let you watch anything on Hulu you're limited to The Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad and Dilbert. On top of that it is using a media server if you're not in the UK for BBC and ITV and it is required for Hulu.
You get 250Mb of credit with the application, you can buy an additional 500Mb streaming credit for 1 British pound about $1.62 as of today... not too bad.
You can download myPlayer here or here.
Here are a few screenshots, it runs smoothly over a Wi-Fi connection with CorePlayer.
